These User Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as “These Terms”) are the Official Universal Services Agreement for the DanooWatch Video Playback Software (hereinafter referred to as “This Software”), applicable to users in all regions of the world, fully governed by the International Common Criteria for Internet Services, Global Digital Services Compliance Standards, and without any regional restrictions. By downloading, installing, registering, logging in, and using all services of this Software, users voluntarily read, understand, and unconditionally agree to all content of these Terms, and voluntarily accept the constraints of these Terms. If users do not agree to any content of these Terms, they must immediately stop using this Software and all related services. 1. Service Definitions and Applicable Terms

1.1 Service scope definition

1.1.1 DanooWatch is a free video playback software for global users. The core services include local video playback, web video analysis playback, playback parameter customization, video collection management, playback record retention, basic image quality adjustment, and other functional services.

1.1.2 This Condition covers all terminal versions of this Software, including all official versions for mobile, tablet, desktop and subsequent iterative updates, and applies to all built-in features, companion updates, official announcements and derivative services of the Software.

1.1.3 The platform provides only video playback tool technology services. It does not directly produce, upload, or publish any video content. All video content that users view is obtained, imported, or provided by users through compliant third-party channels.

1.2 Conditions of Effectiveness of the Terms

1.2.1 The completion of a user‘s software installation, first opening of the software, registration of an account, or use of any core functionality is considered to take effect immediately under this Service Agreement, and both parties form a legally valid contractual relationship of service use.

1.2.2 These Terms are an independent and effective agreement between the Platform and the User, replacing all previous oral, written, and informal service agreements, and all Software use behaviors are based solely on these Terms as the sole basis for compliance.

1.3 Terms Updates and Disclosure Rules

1.3.1 The Platform reserves the right to amend, update, and improve these Terms at any time, and may optimize the content of the Terms for reasonable reasons such as service upgrades, functional iterations, and international compliance standards adjustments.

1.3.2 After the Terms are updated, they will be made publicly available globally through the Software Client pop-up windows, in-site announcements, and official announcement pages, and will take effect immediately after the announcement; users will continue to use the Software Services as automatically accepting the full content of the updated Terms.

1.3.3 Users are obligated to periodically review the content of the updated terms. If users do not accept the revised content after the terms are updated, the only remedy is to immediately uninstall the software and terminate all usage of the services.

2. User Account Registration and Use Specifications

2.1 Account Registration Qualification Requirements

2.1.1 This Software is open for registration and use by users over the age of 18 worldwide. Users under the age of 13 are required to use this Service under the full supervision and authorized consent of their legal guardian.

2.1.2 Users must submit genuine and valid registration information when registering for an account. They must not forge, spoof, or steal other people‘s identity information, email information for registering for an account, or maliciously register fake accounts in bulk.

2.2 Account Security Management Responsibilities

2.2.1 Users are solely responsible for all security during the process of account registration, login, and use. They must properly store their account password, login device, and authentication information, and strictly prohibit the transfer, sale, rental, or gift of their account to third parties for use.

2.2.2 If there are risk issues such as an unusual account login, password leakage, device theft, etc., users must immediately self-modify the password, disconnect the abnormal device, and can apply for assistance through the official contact email.

2.2.3 All risks such as account theft, data loss, privacy breach, and property loss resulting from improper storage by the user, active transfer, and sharing of accounts are borne by the user alone, and the platform assumes no collateral responsibility.

2.3 Account Usage Restriction Rules

2.3.1 A single user can only register, use a limited number of accounts, and prohibit malicious registration behaviors such as batch registration, outlogging registration, and script numbering.

2.3.2 User accounts may be used only for personal, non-commercial purposes. The use of accounts for commercial activities such as marketing, channeling, profitmaking, and illegal promotion is prohibited.

3. Software Services Use Behavior Guidelines

3.1 Legal and Compliance Use Principles

3.1.1 Users promise to strictly comply with the Global Common Internet Rules, the legal laws and regulations of their locality during the entire course of use of the Software, and not to use the Software for any non-compliance, infringement, or illegal activities.

3.1.2 Users are solely responsible for all video content that they import, play, browse, and collect. The platform provides only playback technology tools and does not bear any compliance risks arising from the use of the user‘s personal content.

3.2 Forbidden Sexual Behaviors List

3.2.1 It is prohibited to decompile, decompile, reverse engineer, tamper, imitate the client and backend programs of this Software, and prohibit the removal, modification of the Software copyright, backtracking, compliance statements, and other identifications.

3.2.2 Prohibiting the use of scripts, plugins, plugins, automation tools to maliciously obtain functionality privileges, tamper with playback data, and interfere with the normal operation of software.

3.2.3 The Software is prohibited from being used to disseminate, play back, and store violence, pornography, terrorism, infringement of rights, falsehoods, discrimination, and any unconventional content that violates common decency.

3.2.4 The Software is prohibited from engaging in cyberattacks, data theft, privacy theft, malicious redirects, fraudulent infringement of rights, and other activities that compromise cyber security and the interests of third parties.

3.3 Conditions for Reasonable Use of Services

3.3.1 Users are not allowed to overload, maliciously invoke software functions at high frequency, or consume platform server resources through abnormal operations, affecting the overall service stability of the platform.

3.3.2 Users must respect the Software Service Rules and do not make malicious complaints, false reports, or maliciously denigrate the platform services and brand image.

4. Intellectual Property Attribution and Protection Rules

4.1 Platform Intellectual Property Attribution

4.1.1 All software copyrights, trademarks, trademark logos, interface designs, code programs, functional algorithms, text scripts, official materials, and other intellectual property rights are exclusively owned by the Platform.

4.1.2 The entire technical architecture, iterative schemes, service systems, and operational logic of this Software are protected by international Intellectual Property Law and may not be used privately, reproduced, disseminated, commercialized, or developed by any individual or entity without the platform‘s formal written authorization.

4.2 User Content Intellectual Property Rules

4.2.1 The intellectual property rights of private video content that users voluntarily import and store locally return to the original rights holder, and the platform does not acquire any ownership, use, or transfer rights to the user‘s private content.

4.2.2 Users are prohibited from uploading, distributing, or playing video, TV, and audio works without the permission of the copyright party. If copyright disputes arise due to user infringement of rights, users bear full responsibility.

4.3 Mechanisms for dealing with infringement

4.3.1 Any third party that discovers the presence of infringing content or infringing use of this Software can submit a complaint through the official contact email as evidence, and the Platform will investigate and address the relevant issues within the scope of compliance.

4.3.2 The Platform reserves the legal right to pursue all legal liability and demand economic compensation for acts of pirating, copying, or tampering with the Platform‘s intellectual property rights.

5. Service Change, Interruption and Termination Rules

5.1 Rights to Change Services

5.1.1 The platform reserves the right to add, optimize, delete, and adjust software features at any time. It can update service content, adjust feature layout, and optimize playback service mechanisms based on product iteration needs.

5.1.2 Service Fine-Tuning No notice is required for users in advance. Major service adjustments will be announced in advance through an in-site notice on the software site, and users can freely choose whether to continue using the service.

5.2 Temporary Service Interruption Scenario

5.2.1 The platform does not have to assume liability to users for temporary service interruptions, freezes, or failures due to server maintenance, system upgrades, network failures, technical failures, irresistible forces, and other factors.

The 5.2.2 platform will minimize service downtime, quickly fix faults, and ensure global user service stability, but does not promise absolute fault-free, uninterrupted service.

5.3 Account Lockdown and Service Termination

5.3.1 The Platform has the right, depending on the severity of the situation, to take action such as limiting functionality, temporary lockdown, permanent lockdown, and logging out of accounts if the user commits any behavior that violates these Terms such as unlawful use, malicious attacks, infringement of rights, and disruption of the Platform order.

5.3.2 Users can voluntarily sign out of their account and stop using the service. After signing out of their account, the platform will clean up the data related to the user according to the Privacy Policy, and the user will permanently lose all access to use that account.

5.3.3 After the termination of the service, the ongoing provisions in this provision, such as intellectual property rights protection, responsibility division, and dispute resolution, remain in effect and continue to have binding force on both parties.

6. Division of Responsibility and Disclaimer

6.1 Platform Responsibility Limits

The 6.1.1 Platform provides only video playback technology tools services, does not produce, review, or control third-party video content that users spontaneously play, import, or browse, and assumes no responsibility for the legality, authenticity, integrity, or compliance of third-party content.

The 6.1.2 Platform will adopt industry-standard technology to ensure that the software runs properly. However, there is no guarantee that the software is completely free of vulnerabilities, failures, viruses, that service will never be interrupted, or that functionality will always be compatible with all devices.

6.2 Scope of User Ownership Responsibility

6.2.1 Users bear all personal, legal, and property risks arising from their use of this Software, including content infringement, unlawful use, account theft, data loss, and various other scenarios.

6.2.2 The third party is responsible for all transactions, browsing, and interactions resulting from users jumping to third-party links through this Software, and the platform is not responsible for any associated risks.

6.3 Legal Disclaimer

6.3.1. Platforms are not liable for service failure, data loss, and malfunction due to irresistible factors such as earthquakes, floods, typhoons, disasters, wars, policy changes, and large-scale network failures.

6.3.2 The Platform does not assume responsibility for remediation and compensation for usage anomalies resulting from user device failures, network anomalies, system compatibility issues, and proprietary tampering with software programs.

7. Rules of Protection for Minors and Special Users

7.1 Minor Usage Restrictions

7.1.1 The use of this Software by minors must be fully supervised, authorized, and directed by a legal guardian, who assumes all regulatory and legal responsibilities for the use of the Software by minors.

The 7.1.2 Platform strictly prohibits minors from using this Software to browse and disseminate inappropriate and illegal content. If a guardian discovers a minor‘s illegal use behavior, they can apply to restrict or clean up the relevant account data via official email.

7.2 Special Rights Protection

The 7.2.1 platform follows the International Code of Underage Protection, implements relaxed and secure service controls for underage users, and blocks high risk content violations by default.

7.2.2 The platform will not actively collect sensitive information from minors, and will not exploit minors to use data for commercial marketing, malicious pushings, and other behaviors.

8. Additional Rules and Dispute Resolution Mechanisms

8.1 Terms of Independence

8.1.1 When any single provision of this provision is deemed invalid or unenforceable, it does not affect the legal validity of all remaining provisions, and the remaining provisions remain fully valid and continuously in effect.

8.1.2 The failure of the Platform to promptly exercise the rights granted by this provision and to promptly address user violations does not mean that the Platform renounces its corresponding rights and does not exempt users from responsibility for addressing subsequent violations.

8.2 Contact and Complaint Channels

8.2.2 The platform will complete verification, response, and disposal within 3-7 working days after receiving the user‘s compliance claim to ensure the user’s legitimate use rights and interests.

8.3 Dispute Resolution

8.3.1 All disputes arising from these Terms and Software Services will be prioritized by the parties to be resolved through friendly negotiation.

8.3.2 When negotiations fail to reach an agreement, the parties unanimously agree to resolve the dispute using an international common business arbitration method, with the arbitration result being a final ruling that is legally binding on both parties.

8.4 Effectiveness of the Terms

8.4.1 This “DanooWatch User Terms of Use” is officially in effect from the date of publication, is universal globally, and is effective for the long term.
